Sue Sparacino, Summer 2005 Employee of the Quarter

Sue Sparacino was honored as the Summer 2005 Employee of the Quarter by her fellow employees.  Sue joined the MCDH family in April 1998 as a Patient Registration Representative.  She has been described as always willing to help patients, families, and co-workers even in the fast-paced environment of patient registration.  Her sense of humor is appreciated by co-workers and patients alike, and she often has them laughing so hard they have tears in their eyes.

Sparacino exhibits excellent customer service skills and is always friendly, caring and helpful.  She often fills shifts on her days off to provide the department with the coverage it needs, and her fresh ideas help keep the department running smoothly. 

MCDH selects its Employee of the Quarter from nominations received from hospital employees, medical staff, volunteers and patients. Honorees are rewarded with their photo in the Hall of Fame and their name engraved on a plaque, a certificate, a check for $150, a prime parking space for a quarter, and are in the running for Employee of the Year award.
