Cooper named MCDH Employee of the Quarter

Linda Cooper, Spring 2005 Employee of the Quarter  

Linda Cooper was honored as the Spring 2005 Employee of the Quarter by her fellow employees.  Cooper joined the MCDH family in 1980 as a patient accounts clerk, and now works as a coder in the Medical Records department.  She is known by her co-workers for always being there to answer questions in a prompt and friendly manner, and for following through on what she says she will do and completing her projects. 

Whether by phone, e-mail or direct contact, Cooper consistently responds to inquiries with grace and professionalism.  Her co-workers say the Medical Records department would be lost without her. 

MCDH selects its Employee of the Quarter from nominations received from hospital employees, medical staff, volunteers and patients. Honorees are rewarded with their photo in the Hall of Fame and their name engraved on a plaque, a certificate, a check for $150, a prime parking space for a quarter, and are in the running for Employee of the Year award.
