MCDH Public Meetings

All MCDH Board and Subcommittee meetings are posted and open to the public.  Agendas are posted the Friday prior to the meeting.  Click here for the full 2007 schedule.

Board of Directors - Agenda 

          Fourth Thursday of every month, 6:00 p.m., in the Redwoods Room. 

Planning Committee - Agenda 

          Tuesday, two weeks prior to the Board meeting each month, 5:30 p.m., in the Redwoods Room. 

Finance Committee - Agenda 

           Tuesday, immediately preceding the Board of Directors meeting every month, 2:00 p.m., in the Redwoods Room.

Audit Committee   - Agenda 

           Meets quarterly, or on an ad hoc basis as needed, in the Redwoods Room.

Compensation Committee  - Agenda

           This is a new committee.  Meeting date and time to be determined.

Project "I" Oversight Committee - Project "I" Summary

           The Project "I" Oversight Committee successfully fulfilled its charge to assure that Measure "I" bond funds were appropriately used for capital expenditures and not for operating expenses.  Therefore, this committee was dissolved at the 11/17/05 meeting of the Board of Directors.  Click here to read a summary of the committee's activities.
