Margaret Bradshaw, Winter 2005 Employee of the Quarter
Margaret Bradshaw, a pharmacist with MCDH, was honored as the Winter 2005 Employee of the Quarter. Her teammates in the Pharmacy Department and throughout the hospital know her as someone willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. She will stay late to lend a hand, and cheerfully and efficiently makes situations more workable and less stressful for everyone involved.
Joining the MCDH family in August 2000, Bradshaw is also known as a problem solver for difficult situations. Calm and ready to help, she is willing to stay late, even on weekends. She helps to make the Pharmacy Department a friendly and cheerful place to work.
MCDH selects its Employee of the Quarter from nominations received from hospital employees, medical staff, volunteers and patients. Honorees are rewarded with their photo in the hall of fame and their name engraved on a plaque, a certificate, a check for $150, a prime parking space for a quarter, and are in the running for Employee of the Year award.
